I called because my phone has been in Roam since ********** while other phones on my account are connected to the network. After *.* hours on the phone, the issue wasnt resolved. The Technical Support person, had me reset my network information, and that proceeded to take my SIM card off the network. I could barely understand her as her accent was extremly strong, and when I kept saying my SIM card is saying its not on the network she kept saying on my computer it shows it is. I asked to be transfered to someone else, and he too had a very stron accent, and repeated everything she was saying, still not helping me. I got so frustrated, that I asked to speak to an american. Was told there was no way to transfer me to the United States. I have been with Sprint since they bought Nextel, and I am extremly unhappy with the way this was handled. I still have a phone that is in Roam, wont work at all unless Im connected to WiFi, and will have to driver over an hour to the nearest store, to hope someone can fix it there. You need to hire AMERICANS that can understand other AMERICANS. If I we cant understand the person we are talking to , and they dont understand us, no customer satisfaction is happening.
