I have been a Sprint customer since ****. I looked on line to see what I qualified for to do an upgrade. It said I could get an iPhone * for $**.** a month. I went into a corporate store to get my phone. They would not honor the $**.**. They said it would be $**.** a month. They told me to call customer service and they would adjust it. I called and I have been told I need to return the phone I purchased in the store and order one on line. *Then take that one to the store to activate. This is terrible customer service!! Every single time I do something different with Sprint I get treated poorly. I want the $**.** advertised monthly rate. Given my time with Sprint this should not even be a debate. It should be a given.
