I calles today to ask about my upgrage and mind u they have me talking to * different people and on the phone with them for * hours and ** minutes.I called cause today is my daughters birthday and i wanted to get her a phone and use my upgrade as well.Well the lady told me about the unlimited everything plan and quoted me for two phones for $**.** and i said that sounded real good due to i told her i could not pay ***.**$ and then i told her about what the other lady had offered me and then she says she put it all in the notes and then i was connected to another lady and she then hears me tell her why i am calling and to see about how we can get our phones.The first lady also offered me * ***$ gift cards and i was like thank you.I told her that another lady back in may offered me *** dollars off of each phone as well and that the phones would be sent to mr.So then they transfered me to another person and this guy was the manager and i explaines to him about how the customes should be right in this case if they quoted me a different price and told me something different to make a long story short he told me that my bill would be ***$ a month for two phones he offered to pay part of the bill which they changed my plan that was never supposed to be changed due to them messing up my plan a long time ago.They dont treat there customers right on top of that now we can get what was promised to us and we have to pay for there mistakes.who has *** dollars for phones.They are rude and this really messed up my day and my daughters birthday.They should communicate and now i will try and find a better phone service.
They dont treat there customers good.They should honor what they told me.
They should honor what they quoted me.Have a real manager who is nice and not acting like they are doing me a favor when there service rep messed up and do more to keep me as a custome
