Purchased * iPhones in June **** and was welcomed to join Sprint for the best deals and called June **? To upgrade to iPhone *! To my surprise that the rate I was quoted was only a one year deal and July my bill was to go up regardless without the request of and upgrade. The support person could only apologize and say some store representative with fudge the truth for a sale and said sorry and the promotion ends and she couldn’t manually change it. I asked what type of corporation allows a computer to dictate its policy without an override to be in place to accommodate a customer when in fact a human error took place. I am requesting a telephone number of a person of authority who help resolve my matter I have her name referencing number and time of call. She was very polite and I just feel this issue is out of expertise. ***-***-**** Heath Zigler
