Here is a Reference number. i************Sprint ID crashes about * times or more an hour. I have factory reset my Note * * times now. Last reset I did not chose to restore Previously installed apps. Sprint ID STILL crashes slowing the phone down, slowing internet down to *.** mbps down and about *.** mbps up. Also the app errors and continually reinstalls apps I dont want like uber, uber driver, uber eats etc. This had used up alot of data.**I have called in many times and at one point (see reff number at top) this employee lied to me and said I would get a new phone on Wednesday, I found out this was a lie when tech support out of Oaklahoma gave me a call. They said it was requested and denied. I have been told to spend more money by Using my insurance. Also I was told to contact Samsung......the told me all other apps work but Sprint Id so its not a hardware problem its with sprint software. SPRINTS LACK of careing in this matter is just sad. I cant stay with a company that lies and does not care. A samsung tech told me the Galaxy X is comming out in a dew months... ..I feel better paying a bit more for the super Customer service they provide. In the time it has taken me to make the choice to leave Sprint ( After coming over from Verizon) I realize payibg a bit more it worth it. Your company needs to make things right with alot of customers because Im not the only one with thus error between Sprint Id and touch wiz. The handshake between Sprint and Samsung if you will. Look it up on Google it is a serious problem. I have **.*k followers on my Youtube channel. I will let them know to let their followers know how many problems to expect by switching to Sprint. I sent that email to corporate email I got a response from Samantha Thompson the CEO of Sprint moving forward. She inform me that I pay for total equipment care and she's going to personally have a new phone shipped out to me within * to * business days and I've already got the confirmation email so please don't deal with customer service send corporate an email with your problem.
