Sort out a device issue on a recalled phone ... Kept getting passed from person to person
I have missed some business related calls and texts. I was misinformed by sprint, causing me to go to two different sprint stores, then to the apple store, twice, only to find out it was a "known issue" and the phone was supposed to be replaced through sprint to begin with. Then it took over * hours on the phone to get a ticket to replace the device. I was passed from person to person, being given a new story with each person. I have never seen incompetence on this level. Ever. They could outsource this stuff to any third world country and they would do a better job handling their issues.
Since I don't expect that Sprint will take my complaint and SUDDENLY decide to train their employees better and solve these problems, I intend to just switch carriers as soon as I pay off these phones. With this crappy service, the least they can do is have competent customer service personnel.
