I only use one Spotify account— the one that is connected to my student email (K*****@***.com). While looking at my bank statement today, I noticed * charges from Spotify...one for $* (the expected charge) and another for $**. Something weird happened with my account a few months back which involved the first one becoming nonexistent*non-accessible, the one that was being charged $**, leading me to create the one with my student email in order to receive the discount. But since this incident I’ve been charged $***month for using premium services. This is not correct. From the date of creation for my current account I should not have any $** charges from Spotify and would appreciate if that money can be refunded as the account has been unused since that date. Thank you.
