I want a refund because i have been falsely charged of a subscription that i have unsubscribed from before the cut off date.i did everything i.could and still im being charged and apparently not unsubscribed!!

Get my refund and unsubscribe even though its already told me before that I was unsubscribed! ... I signed up for a free subscription of ** days I cancelled that prescription through my email several times before the end date of the subscription. it said that I was unprescribed multiple times but when I went on my card account today it had a charge from Spotify for $*.** I haven't used Spotify in over a month I don't even have it downloaded onto my phone.I want to be unsubscribe and I want a refund for all*any money I have been wrongfully charged of..*That is money that I do not have to just throw away I'm very very upset with how hard this has been and how difficult of a time Spotify has given me and then on top of it taking my money this is ridiculous please help me and get back to me as soon as possible thank you.
