Get a reply and help in resolving this matter. ... Spotify has been charging my account twice each month for several months. There is a $*.** charge and a $**.** charge which goes back all the way to February ****. A charge of $*.** first for quite some time, then started with the $**.** charge. First of all I’m ** years old and I don’t even know what Spotify is. My husband of ** years passed away in March,**** from cancer. Seeing I was taking care of him for quite some time I really didn’t have a chance to monitor my account or I would have been in contact sooner. I live on a fixed income now and I most definitely did not authorize these charges taken out of my account. I spoke to my bank and suggested that I try to get in contact with Spotify before I file fraudulent charges. I would appreciate any help with this matter. I never authorized these charges to be taken out of my account. I have never used Spotify and really don’t even know what it is. I’m **, senior citizen and lost my husband in March **** of ** years. I live on a fixed income and can’t afford whatever this is. I just want my money back!!!
