My daughter resigned all of us up to the family plan we started last year . Although she did this a week ago she did not realize that she had to add us all again and just did that today. *I opened the email and had a code to enter however the page I opened did not give me a place to enter it. Instead it had a generic message that "you will be automatically added on *****. *I do not think that was the case the *st time around . That is literally * weeks from now ! I am very disappointed if this is the case and don't understand why there would be such a big delay! I would like it reinstated today.**I do not find your web site easy to use or get help from , therefore the "no phone * policy " is very frustrating . Pat Vokes
