Hi I got an email on September *th that my student premium was going to expire so I tried to go inland update it but it would not let me. The helpful service guy that I talked to said that it would not let me renew until It was actually expired and it would send me an email when that happens and I won't get charged. Well I never got an email regarding it again, and although I got the one on September *th that I tried to address but could not, it just expired two days ago, or that is when it charged me the $** dollar and something. I immediately went into fix it and this time I could actually. I was wondering how I could be refunded the ** dollar something since I was given the wrong information and I dont want to have to pay the difference because of it. Thank you for your time.
