Spotify doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. First, I'd like to say that it's extremely disappointing that I am unable to reach a human by phone. It creates a problem for me when I have an urgent need to get assistance because I'm on a deadline.**Okay, now my issue...I have had Spotify for years (unbeknownst to me since I thought I canceled my subscription) and just today I have a need to use it. I noticed on my bank statement that your company is still taking monthly payments out...a disturbing fact. When I finally figured out my old (very old email) login and password I decided to not call and let the payments continue so I could use it this halloween. However, when I go to download or do anything within the account it prompts me to 'upgrade for free', not good since I'm already paying. I need this to be corrected quite quickly as I do need this information for Halloween.
