My name is Samantha Castillo I just wrote you about charging me twice for your services .I have Spotify premium and your Family plan . We haven't used it due to the fact Nobody can sign in .we had purchased it in July you had my card information but asked for it again the following month but never renewed it .So I figured if I didn't give you my card number Then the family plan would have cancelled.But not the case because you charged my account **.** in September without my permission and then again in October of this Month.With that being said Will you be refunding my account for the two past months that I didn't okay my card for your company to just take out without my permission or do we settle this with my bank and block your service all together please resolve this or I will be taking this up with my bank ..you have my bank information ending in **** my Birthday is ********* again thank you I hope this issue is resolved and the proper action is taken .Once again Thank you Samantha Castillo
