I signed up for Spotify Premium with * months for $*.** after I signed up I still got commercials so I thought it didn't go through but when I went to cancel it to be on the safe side so I wouldn't be charged *** a month I got a direct message from Spotify saying oh you cancelled your subscription I cancel it because it wasn't commercial-free I couldn't skip as much as I wanted to so what would be the point for paying for something that's not even available to me so I kept seeing the advertisement and said there's only a couple days left and I figured well they told me that I cancelled so let me try one more time so I can get Spotify Premium everything went through saying that they got my payment but as soon as I went to play my music the first thing I heard was if you want a half hour free without ads watch this small video so now I would rather not have it at all I don't like not being able to call a number and talk to a person I don't think that's fair to your listeners I need to cancel it again I'm not going to pay for something that I'm not receiving I want to cancel it the only thing I want to see in my email is that this offer that I signed up for that I'm not receiving it's cancelled and I'm going to say that email for my records I'm going to check my bank and make sure that Spotify is not getting my money for service I'm not receiving
