I have had Spotify for over a year, and it's $***mo. Recently I signed up for a promotion through spotify...Hulu for ** center for * mos. I accidentally signed up for spotify premium family at the same time, so I cancelled my premium family and reverted back to my original premium plan. However my Hulu promotion was for some reason inactivated when I did so. The customer service agents I chatted with told me to cancel all subscriptionset and re-sign up for regular premium plus hulu. I had already paid my $** for the service for this month, and when I re-signed up spotify charged me another $**. It's a pain in the assignment to get any assistance. The customer service reps don't have a phone number, and all they do is instruct you on how to resolve issues yourself by telling you to go to their website and blah blah blah. I'm so fed up with this company. Any company that charges a card should have a customer service number to resolve billing issues. I'm abut to cancel my spotify account because of this. It's just not worth the trouble.
