I saw that the student accounts only last a year but I was charged the $**.** for that so I want my money back and to only be charged $*.** and so when I went to confirm I am a college student it told me they couldn’t find me in the system for the college which is funny because I have the emails and I’ve been attending since last summer. And I also have the letters showing I go there. I go to Mitchell Community College and my student email is *****@***.com I’m upset that there is no number to call because things could go a lot faster with a phone call. I want a refund for this months spotify charge and I want my account to show I am a student. If it doesn’t then I will cancel my account completely and go to Apple Music.
