When I got my bill and found that Spotify had once again overcharged me. I am being charged for both the family plan a ****. And also a single account of $*.**. this is not the first time you people have done this. My husband contacted you and complained. Not only had he been overcharged. But it caused an overdraft in his banking account which resulted in a $** overdraft fee. For a total of $** that I was overcharged just that month. You did not correct the situation. And you did not refund my husband. this is the third month you people have overcharged us I want to be reimbursed$** for * months in a row or I am dropping Spotify as I am repulsed by the way you people do business. Please contact me at your earliest convenience please and thank you

I would like to be reimbursed for the three months that Spotify has overcharged my husband and I. I've been overcharged for the past * months at $** each month as each time at resulted in an overdraft fee at my bank. I have been told in the past by Spotify that I would be refunded. That was a lie. Not when was I not refunded.
