To whom it may concern:**First of all I do Apologize is my statement "sounds" really upset, but that is the feeling that I have right now about Spirit.*****I am going to make my statement long-short. *****I had a very hard situation when I traveled on Monday, (yesterday) December *,**** from San Juan, PR to MCO. Everything started with a the missing of correct information from your customer service agent when I called by phone wondering about emotional support animal.*****It's unacceptable that the information given to me was not the correct one. You're penalizing us for that mistake. Right now my daughter is in the process to submit the missing paper from the veterinary (really expensive to fill out), doesn't matter she submitted a LOT OF DOCUMENTS that obviously present all the evidence for the Emotional Support dog for my grandson, it's not enough for you.*****After all of this I'm not going to travel no more with Spirit. I am going to cancel my credit card with Spirit as well BECAUSE I don't deserve that way that treat us. I don't going to recommend Spirit to nobody. That isn't the way that a Spirit client has to be treated.*****Teresa Casanova*****-***-***
