Sit together ... I payed for a seat for my wife and me ($**.**) I picked a window seat and my wife was next to me(**E,**F)flight code PB***M,when we were ready to board the plane we were told our seats have changed to(**D,**E) When we got to that row, seats **D and **F were taken, my wife had to sit by herself(does not like to fly)in **E and I had to sit in **D,not a window seat .I feel I should be refunded due to these were not the seats I picked ,plus I was not with my wife.
My wife does not like to fly and wanted to be seated next to me
I want a refund
I been traveling with Spirit for the last few years
Called customer service ,quite useless in helping me.
I have an issue with Spirit too
How GetHuman2895920 fixed the problem
