He waited in a **min line, thinking he was checking in. However when he got to the front of the line, he was told he had to wait in another line. This other line took him another ** mins and the employees were extremely rude! Absolutely no help and he ended up missing his flight due to lack of communication. **He then had to wait in another line to be told my Spirit that is was $*** to book another flight home. This is outrageous considering he only missed the flight due to lack of signage and uninformed employees. **Please refund the $*** fee for his return flight home :**Confirmation number : SH*ETN**Phone number: *** *** ****
