I contacted your customer service on October **, ****, and told your representative that my husband was in hospital and I would not be able to travel as planned. He was not helpful at all. Hoping my husband would get better - I waited until **-**-****, to contact your customer service again. They stated to come to your web site and fill out this form. I just got my internet on my computer today and that is why I am sending it now. If I cannot get a refund - can I use the ticket another date. I cannot give an exact date when I can travel as of today because with his health I do not know at this time. His condition is not getting better. I have only been out of my house to take him to doctor visits except last Saturday when my daughter came and stayed with him while I went to Walmart eye vision. She is a hospice nurse and cannot stay with him ** hours at a time for * days when I had planned to travel.
