Hey, I booked through spirit with a party of * and added * on so that would make it * people. We all tried to check in the night before and it wouldn’t let us. So we tried again in the morning, and it didn’t work. So when we get to the airport we all checked in, and the one that we had added on was refused to be checked in because the lady said we didn’t make it on time and our reservation was given away! The plane wasn’t even boarding yet. How did she check everybody else in but not my wife? We were there at the same time. And when the rest of my family get to the airplane there is more than * seats open, which means that the seats were not given away and we were lied to. So now I have to stay back because I can’t leave my wife there alone. We were supposed to be back home by **am, and be going to work by ** But instead I got home *:**pm and missed work and had to pay for * separate flights on top of the * reservations that I had with you guys, which is unacceptable! I definitely need a refund for ALL my flights after a terrible experience like that!
