Our flight was *** on Sept *,**** for two.Arne Eriksen and Charlotte Eriksen I am just *confirming the fact we had * pcs of check luggage,that was paid for * checked and * paid carry on and I had a medicine bag and my husband a suit garment bag, these two were our personal on items. At Orlando they charged us an additional *$** for a garment bag that is all he had as a carry on, my Husband is ** he had no computer labtop or anything else this was his carry on. My daughter made the plans for our **th Anniversary and already paid Spirit $** for Bags. This was uncalled for his bag was a garment bag with a suit. The service there at Orlando was so rushed and my soninlaw put out another $** plus the $** already? This should never have been charged. We flew down to *Florida on Allegient Airline and when we left Greensboro they said this bag was a personal item and cost of nothing. The service was better in some ways then Spirit although your cabin was nicer, but we probably wont book your line in future. we were *very upset and confused to say the least. Also we were to have * wheelchairs outside to pick us up and had to get them inside, not a big deal on that, but overall its all about business. * We both feel a refund for this charge of $** is in order and hope to hear from you and have this resolved.
