Well let me begin by saying this is the first time we have ever flown spirit airlines. And I honestly don’t know if we will ever fly again with spirit. Because we were supposed to leave out of the Tampa airport on August ** at *:** PM and ended up not leaving until the next day August ** Wednesday at *:** AM. Because of the delay we stayed at the airport Marriott so that we could at least get a couple of hours of sleep before having to be back at the counter for spirit at * am. We were told on August **th because of the delay by a spirit counter manager that if we had to stay in a motel because of the delay we should keep a receipt for spirit so we could be refunded the amount that we paid for the hotel. We are requesting refund for the hotel and also we need a free flight because of all the inconvenience that my family had to endure because of the poor communication and unprofessionalism through spirit airlines.
