I was trying to move two mobile numbers from a business account to my residential account and retain the same phone numbers. * weeks, numerous hours on the phone with specialists and supervisors and * *** hours in the local Spectrum store and you still couldn't get it done. ... You can't do a simple task like transfer two mobile phones from one account to another and keep the same phone numbers.
These are phones my wife and I use for business but we want them linked to our home so we get the bundled discount of $**.** each per month, plus I wanted to add an additional phone but since you can't get this done I am probably going to go back to T-Mobile.
Transfer the * cells phones from the business account to my residential account. Close the business account and make it so I can add an additional phone to the service and do this in a timely manner.
I expected your people know what the **** they are doing and you don't.
Tried everything else with Spectrum, you people are incompetent.
