My son used the remote for on demand programming. We can’t use the remote now to see regular channels. It seems that every time we use the channel selector, it goes to on demand and won’t increment the channel. We rebooted the box and it is still locked on demand

The left hand blue button next to the menu button on the remote double click. A menu appears with a dot that tells what sub menu you are in. Select all channels. Exit by pressing the round select button.
