I returned * pieces (set top box and modem) using UPS.*Spectrum claims they only got one of the pieces. *The UPS tracking number is not active once the package is delivered, so I discarded the receipt. *Spectrum claims they can only use the UPS tracking number to help resolve the issue. *Is there a UPS tracking number associated with the piece that was returned? And can that be used to find missing piece? *I feel that spectrum is making a false claim that the unit is missing from the shipment. I want them to drop the charges for the missing equipment that they lost and credit my account for all charges, fees, and interest.
