You need to log in to your Spectrum.net account, click on 'Settings' from the main menu, then select 'Manage Account Information' and follow the prompts to edit your email address. If you're trying to reset your ParamountPlus email directly, you’ll need to do it through their platform, typically by logging in and editing account details or by using a password reset link sent to your registered email.
