You can set up an installation appointment with Spectrum by calling their customer support directly. Use the phone number shown in the screenshot and contact them at your earliest convenience.
When calling, you may be asked to verify your account. Be sure to have your mobile phone nearby, as Spectrum may send an SMS code or a two-factor authentication (2FA) request to confirm that you are the account holder.
After successfully scheduling your appointment, make sure you or another adult (18 or older) is at home on the scheduled day of installation.
If no one is home when the technician arrives, Spectrum may send a notification asking when you will return. Simply inform the technician of your availability so they can return and complete the installation of your service.
You can also chat with Spectrum online to schedule an installation appointment. Simply click the “Chat With Us” button on the Spectrum website to connect with a representative.
