I received a letter to days ago email from spectrum that said that they had a big download want to do and wanted all of my information confirmed I gave them everything and now I realize right afterwards that it was a scam. They are using your name your trusted Name and I want to head and filled out everything name date of birth social security number mothers Maiden name, where I was born email address everything anybody could go and impersonate me with all this information. Now I’ve had to call all kinds of people and companies to try and block another person claiming to be me. Is there anything you can help me with can you supply me with help on this from spectrum since they must’ve known I was a spectrum customer and how are they know that? Now there are so many things that I have to do even Social Security they could go into that they could go into life insurance they could go into bank accounts they going to charge cards you name it they can do it now I need help is there anything you can do for me. There was no email left after I sent back a note to them and said this is a scam they took everything away all of my mail all that was left was just the email that said spectrum and then an ID number which probably is just made up so I still have that and then he was asked to send that to you and I use the email that you gave me and it came back to me thatn now there are so many things that I have to do even Social Security they could go into that they could go into life insurance they could go into bank accounts that they’re going to charge cards you name it they can do it now I need help is there anything you can do for me. So please let me hear from you I’m you might have a scam or a department that handles these this is an email received from find me from spectrum which I know it wasn’t you but that’s the reason I filled out all the information and sent it back. I am in panic mode now that somethings going to happen to our assets. And we live on these were both on Social Security, please see if You can send me something to help me notify businesses that I’m not remembering and also tell me why your name was on there and how did they get it how they get mine information as a spectrum customer and it was complete scam.
