I have spent several HOURS on the phone trying to get the new modem to work. I have been given several different passwords, modem stuff. It works as long as I on the phone. I have reset the modem several times. It doesn’t seem to recognize my email, mother name, youngest sisters name, nor any of the email*passwords I have been given. I would greatly appreciate someone contacting me that canfix this debacle. Thank You!
