Spectrum's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-sstenzel a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I received a new modum by mail and was instructed to return the old modum. I packed it up and took it to the local UPS store - on the web it said that was a Fedex Drop. They refused to take it. I then went to the Spectrum office and was told I had to wait in line - after about * or * others - JUST TO DROP OFF AN ALREADY ADDRESSED BOX!!! Can anyone give me any kind of valid explanation why that would be necessary. I thought Spectrum's customer service was getting better, but it clearly IS NOT!
