On or about December **, **** we experienced the TV shutting down and restarting while we were watching a program. We turned it off and called it a night. The following day we find the TV on and cycling through restart and off.*We called our cable company to see if had anything to do with their service. The service person came over the following day and checked their service and found no problem with their service. He asked us to call Sony since he had seen this problem before.*We called Sony customer service (***-***-****) and they asked us to go through the process listed here on "Get Human" after several attempts and failure, Sony customer service and technical support acknowledged the issue and stated that the TV will be repaired at Sony expense and a service person will come to the house to replace a defective part.*We have received several emails (can send them if requested) stating that the required part is back ordered and there is no known date for its arrival.*Today I was informed (telecon on a recorded line) that the part (* T********) was ordered on January *, **** and will be delivered to a Sony WWTS service center (***-***-****) in King of Prussia, PA closest one to our house. A technician from this location will then come to our house to repair the Sony TV Model XBR**X***C, Serial ********, Sony Case * ********* and Sony Notification *D**********.**Is there anything GetHuman can do to assist us resolve this issue amicably? Losses due to monthly cable cost and other Apps notwithstanding.**Thank you.*Sami Khan
