If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I opened a SnapChat account in October. A couple of weeks ago, I accidentally deleted the SnapChat App from my phone. When I re-downloaded the app - it said my previous account did not exist - so I started a new account with a new user name, but the same email and mobile number which I had used originally. When I got re-added to one of my Snapchat groups, both accounts were in the group, and now when I try to log into either one of them, SnapChat is saying that my username and password are both invalid and I don’t know what to do. Please help either recover original account or delete both so that I can start fresh?
