Hello! My username on Snapchat is 'Aisukali'. I made this account two days ago. I added some friends, but the next morning, I found out my account was locked. After investigating, I believe it happened because I added many friends without verifying my email. I tried to unlock it by following the instructions for temporarily locked accounts, but I got an error message saying, "We are sorry, we were unable to process your request." I researched more and discovered it could be due to third-party apps, but that's not the case since I only have Snapchat, Instagram, Wallpaper Changer, and Logo Quiz on my new phone. My Snapchat has been glitching for a few days, so I decided to delete and redownload the app. I didn't remember my email or if my number was verified, thinking I could reset my password later. When I tried to log in again, it kept saying my username or password was incorrect, even though I tried all my passwords. Hours later, one of the previous passwords suddenly worked. But now, it's asking me to verify through email, and I can't remember which email is linked to my account. I can't access my Snapchat now because of this email issue. The glitch made me look suspicious when I had the right password. I hope this can be resolved. If not, will it stop asking for verification if I wait a bit? Sorry if this is confusing. Thanks.

I attempted to log in to Snapchat on a new phone but couldn't remember my password. After changing it, I encountered security questions like when creating a new account. I answered them and accessed a new account instead of my old one. I want to know if it's possible to retrieve my old account by using the old password. I'm unsure what steps I should take to recover it.

I unintentionally may have breached a guideline on my Snapchat account, dallanchildd, and found myself temporarily locked out. I am unsure if it was an error or an actual violation. I value my use of the platform and would appreciate any assistance in unlocking my account promptly. I have always used my account positively and have never intended to cause harm. For the past two months, I've been unable to add people, including adding them back or adding anyone at all on Snapchat. I've reached out to Snapchat support, but the issue remains unresolved. I attempted adding people from other devices, deleting and reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone, but none of these actions have fixed the problem. I'm hesitant to create a new account and would appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

Hello, I recently logged out of my Snapchat account about a week and a half ago but can't recall the current password I changed to within the past year. I remember that my phone number was not linked or verified, but I'm sure my email was linked to the account, although unverified. I have emails from Team Snapchat dating back 2 years that mention my username, confirming my email association. My goal is to regain access to my account. Interestingly, I remember the password for "my eyes only" but not my main sign-in password!

On July 5th, my Snapchat account was hacked by someone unknown who used it for PNC bank account scams. Despite numerous efforts to regain access, including tears and all, I decided to create a new Snapchat account which I no longer use. I had kept my old account for almost 4 years, and it's heartbreaking to lose precious photos and videos, especially memories of family members. The hacker even changed the email and phone number associated with the account. I truly miss the irreplaceable photos and videos. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I updated my phone number about a year ago, and now that I have a new phone, I'm unable to log into Snapchat because it's still trying to verify me using my old number. Unfortunately, I don't have the recovery code as I can't locate where I saved it or if it was lost. I tried texting my old number, but it seems to be unassigned. I have many cherished memories stored on my Snapchat account and am willing to verify my identity through email, contact lists, and photos to regain access. Losing these memories would be devastating, and if relying on an outdated phone number is the only account recovery option Snapchat offers, it seems unreasonable. Two days ago, I got logged out of my account unexpectedly even though I didn't log out myself. I had previously verified my email a few months back, so I don't think that's the problem. Regrettably, I can't remember which email I used to sign up for this account, and none of the password combinations I've tried seem to work. (Please note that the email I provided is not the one associated with the account I'm trying to access.) I'm concerned that my account may have been compromised, but I don't want to assume the worst just yet.

Hello, I am Chris Mortzakis. Two days ago, a very important snap streak was lost between my girlfriend and me. She was really upset, and I feel responsible for it. My account (hxlenyang) has been locked for nearly a day now. I attempted to unlock it on www.snapchat.com/unlock, but it keeps showing “unable to process.” I reviewed everything on the site, but I am unsure why it got locked since I did not violate any rules. My friend's account was hacked, and unfortunately, I fell for the hacker's trick, thinking it was my friend asking for information. I am frustrated because I let my friend use their Snapchat account on my phone without the need for a verification text. But when I tried to log back into my own account, it required sending a verification text to my old phone number, leaving me locked out without the option to update my new number. I attempted to reset my password by selecting 'forgot password' and entering my email for a recovery code, but I have not received any emails with the code. This Snapchat account holds over 5 years worth of memories, including photos of old friends and my beloved dog who has passed away. Losing access to it has left me feeling incredibly sad, and I have even shed tears over it. I just wish Snapchat would send me the recovery code so I can regain access to my account.
