Hey! This morning I was going to go onto snapchat, but when in opened the app it took me to the login screen. I was confused and put in my account info to log in. A little thing popped up saying that my account has been locked. I don't know why it would be locked, so I just wanted to ask why so I could fix the problem. I would like to fix the problem to ultimately get my account back, especially because today is my birthday. Thanks in advance, Taylor. Please respond ASAP.
