Hello, my SNAPCHAT account, jezzadodger, was locked unfairly. I had two girlfriends on the account, and one verbally abused me. Even after removing them, they could still view my story, leading to harassment from their friends. I lost my temper and responded inappropriately, resulting in them reporting my account. I depend on this account to stay in touch with family and friends who don't use social media. It would be great to have my account reinstated despite the unfair situation.

I encountered an issue when trying to switch email addresses between my Snapchat accounts. After deactivating an old account to free up an email for my main account, I found myself locked out of my main account. Despite multiple attempts to log in, I kept receiving a message stating that my password was incorrect. When attempting to reset my password, the system declared my email invalid. Even trying to reset using my phone number failed, claiming it wasn't the verified number. I tried to re-verify the number, but received an error message each time. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps like restarting the app and clearing the cache to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My phone was blacklisted by Snapchat, making it impossible for me to log in or create a new account without it being instantly banned. I have tried reaching out to Snapchat support through various platforms without success. Is there a way to get my phone un-blacklisted? Hi there, my username on Snapchat is @itsyaneira. When I created my account, both my email and phone number were verified. I can verify this because I reset my password on June 8th at 7:18 pm. Unfortunately, I forgot my password after deleting the app due to storage issues. I have text messages with codes from June 6 that can prove the account ownership. I also remember an old password. Is there any way you can help me recover my account? I have valuable pictures, friends, and messages on there. Despite trying to recall my password, I haven't had any luck. It seems like now my email and phone number aren't verified, although I had done so originally.

Last night, while I was in bed, I was sending snaps that were taking a while to go through. To try to make it faster, I logged into my old phone. Unfortunately, it didn't work as I had hoped. When I tried to log back into my main phone, I was informed that my account was temporarily locked. I decided to wait until the next day to resolve it. The next morning, I visited Snapchat's website to unlock my account. Initially, it seemed successful, but upon trying to sign in again, I encountered the same issue. I'm at a loss for what to do next. I reached out to Snapchat for help but haven't received a response yet. Additionally, I'm unable to create a new account on my phone. This situation is perplexing as I have been a Snapchat user for 5 years without any prior issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am writing on behalf of myself, Roger Abbott, and my wife, Edith Abbott. We have been caring for our granddaughter for about 13 years. Our granddaughter has an account with your chat cap service. Unfortunately, her father, Steven Bostwick, also has an account. On the late evening of June 28th to the early morning of June 29th, he harassed her and even posted her Social Security number on the CAP site. Despite this, when she called [redacted], the local police stated he had not broken any laws. We are seeking legal assistance for Paige to deal with this situation. She will be back in town tomorrow and can provide more details. I have saved the conversation but am struggling to convert it from a picture format for printing. Hello, my name is Alison. I'm having trouble with my Snapchat login. I woke up to find my account locked. After attempting to reset my password, I received an email with a different username. Logging in with that username showed a familiar account but not mine. Even though I couldn't receive a text to my original account, it appears active. Currently, I am logged in with the emailed username, which is not mine. Despite changing the password successfully, I can't log in with my original username as it keeps stating "wrong password." When checking my profile on a friend's Snapchat, it displays my original username, indicating the issue persists.

After being released from jail, I encountered an issue with my Snapchat account. I forgot both the Snapchat and email passwords. After gaining access to my Yahoo email, I attempted to reset the Snapchat password via email. Unfortunately, after resetting the Snapchat password and trying to log in, I received a message stating that my account had been permanently locked, likely due to multiple failed login attempts. I now have the correct passwords and access to the associated email, but I am unable to unlock my Snapchat account. I am eager to reconnect with old friends and potential employers. I followed the online help center's instructions to unlock the account, but it remains permanently locked. I am unsure how to proceed to regain access to my account.

My account was hacked on Snapchat. When I message a specific person, we both receive the same message prompting us to review our security. I avoided clicking on it initially, but later, when I did click, it directed me to a Facebook account. I attempted to change my Snapchat password to resolve the issue, but I faced difficulty as it kept showing incorrect password even after resetting it through the link sent to my email. Consequently, I cannot delete my account to create a new one due to this password issue.

I am having trouble accessing my account. Last year, my iPhone broke, and a few months ago, I got an Android. I recently changed my phone number and cannot remember my Snapchat password. I have verified my email, as I receive regular emails from Snapchat informing me about my account. However, when I try to reset my password, it asks for a recovery code or to send the code to my old phone number. I believe that with a verified email, I should be able to change my password. I need assistance with this issue.

I recently downloaded Snapchat on my old phone with my previous email and phone number. Unfortunately, that phone is now broken, so I created a new account on my new phone. Despite this, I could still access my old account where I have all my pictures and videos saved. However, my old account has been hacked and is sending messages to people. I am currently experiencing an issue with the app. It is re-displaying individuals I have removed and blocked using their usernames without Bitmojis. Moreover, it is showing previous snaps and chats from individuals I already had in my list, despite having opened them a while ago. Strangely, the app fails to display recent interactions with people I have recently snapped or chatted with. Instead, it prioritizes individuals I have blocked or removed, group chats, and other less frequently contacted contacts. Previously, these less active contacts were at the bottom due to having more active interactions taking precedence. However, now all the active contacts are missing from the list. Despite still having them as friends and being able to send and receive messages, the app does not reflect any recent activity with those contacts.

I recently discovered that my former partner, with whom I am not in contact, accessed my old account and saved personal photos without permission. They shared these images on their Snapchat account.
