Hi Snapchat support team, I am Zara Lokuge. I often communicate with my best friend through Snapchat, and she was my top BFF on the app for many months. Unexpectedly, someone I haven't been chatting with much has taken her place. Could you please help us regain our top BFF status? We were proud to have earned the Super BFF emoji, and I'm unsure how this change happened. It would mean a lot to me to have the issue resolved and regain the Super BFF emoji with her. I need assistance regaining access to my social media accounts. My ex-boyfriend has tampered with them, altering the emails, phone numbers, and passwords. I can provide my ID and messages from him acknowledging the changes as proof. The phone number and email on the accounts have been the same since creation until June 28th when he made adjustments. While I could create a new account, the old one contains numerous photos saved over the years, serving as backups for countless irreplaceable memories. I am eager to retrieve access to my accounts. I recently lost access to my account because my phone number has been changed without my permission. I unintentionally failed to sign out of the account and now, after getting a new phone and misplacing the old one due to my living situation, I am unable to recall the password to log into the account using the new app on my new phone. Despite trying to purchase back the changed number from my Upstate New York phone service provider, they are unable to help because the number is no longer available. This account holds sentimental value to me as it contains precious photos of my daughter's baby pictures and my late mother's memorial photos. Although I see an option for account recovery if the number is lost, I am unsure how to proceed with changing the password. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

My Snapchat has been unavailable for approximately three months now. I managed to access it briefly through my backup, but every new account I create gets locked out inexplicably. This situation forces me to use other people's phones to check my messages, which is quite inconvenient. My primary goal is to regain access to my main Snapchat account. Despite attempting all recommended solutions to unlock my account, I continually face difficulties. Today, I briefly accessed my account only to be locked out again, leaving me frustrated. Access to my account is crucial as I have important messages regarding plans and various events that I need to address. My Snapchat account funnyfalcon1 seems to have been either hacked or locked. I'm unsure why it is locked, but I suspect it might have been hacked since whenever I try to input my password, it keeps claiming it's incorrect. I was casually exchanging snaps with friends last night when suddenly I got logged out, and now I find myself unable to log back in. Unfortunately, I never linked an email or phone number to the account for password recovery or to receive notifications in case of a lockout. I kindly request that you send a password reset to my new phone number 1[redacted] so I can regain access to my account. My account unexpectedly got locked, and the app showed it as temporarily locked but the website indicated it was permanent for a few hours before allowing me to unlock it. However, even after the supposed successful unlocking, I still encounter issues when logging in. The system crashes, sends me an email about logging in, but then locks me out instantly. The provided link for unlocking doesn't seem to be effective for me. I have ruled out third-party apps and cleared my cache. I have also disabled auto-updates, but the problem persists. I seek assistance to resolve this issue promptly to prevent reoccurrence. I am determined to prevent future problems by adjusting my settings to avoid automatic updates. Hello, my Snapchat username is goldenboybernie. I recently performed a factory reset on my phone due to it being sluggish. Unfortunately, I lost all my apps, and now I have to redownload them. I never log out of Snapchat as I use it more than texting. After the reset, I forgot my password and am unable to access my old email and phone number needed for the password recovery process. I am facing the issue of my account being temporarily locked for the second time. I assure you that I have not engaged in any suspicious activities, nor have I shared any incorrect email or phone information. The first time this occurred, I followed the instructions on Snapchat's website to try to unlock my account, only to be informed that it was permanently locked. I reluctantly accepted the loss of my memories and friendships spanning four years. After creating a new account, I encountered the same problem tonight as my new account was once again temporarily locked. This situation has left me feeling extremely frustrated, as I value the connections I have made through this app. I am desperate to regain access to my Snapchat account to resume my interactions with friends. I am currently unable to access my Snapchat account. Despite reviewing the guidelines for possible reasons for the lockout, I have not violated any policies. I have valuable memories, including photos and videos, stored on the app. Not being able to retrieve them would be disappointing. Additionally, I rely on Snapchat to stay in touch with most of my friends. I have been a Snapchat user for many years and have not changed my usage patterns. I attempted to resolve the issue through the website, but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, there seems to be no phone number or direct email for reaching Snapchat support. I have reached out to the CEO and other representatives via email but have not received a response. I am feeling frustrated as the automated responses have not addressed my concerns.

My account has been compromised, with my email, password, and contact number all changed without my consent. I used to have the email [redacted] linked to my account, but it was switched to [redacted] by someone in America according to an email I received from Snapchat. Unfortunately, I can't access my account to reverse the changes because all my contact details have been altered. To whom it may concern, I am writing to address an issue I am currently facing with the Snapchat app. My boyfriend and I have achieved an 87-day streak, however, a timer has appeared indicating the streak is at risk of ending. Unfortunately, I do not have access to his login password to maintain the streak while he is unavailable due to working the night shift. I've attempted numerous times to log in to my account on my new phone without success. Despite using the correct username and password, I'm unable to access my account. Additionally, I'm unable to add my email address to facilitate a password reset, despite entering the correct email and password for it. My old phone, which previously received text messages, is now inactive as I've switched everything to my new phone. Therefore, I cannot use text message verification to reset my password. A few months ago, my Snapchat account was hacked. I initially thought it was a friend seeking help and, regrettably, shared my information. Subsequently, it became apparent that the hacker was not my friend. Upon contacting my friend, it was confirmed that she was not involved. To address the situation, I created new accounts on Snapchat, Facebook, email, and updated my bank details. Despite trying to ignore it, the hacker has been posting about money on my account, leading to threats from people who believe I stole from them. Someone on Instagram even messaged me, threatening my family as they know their addresses. This has left me feeling vulnerable and my reputation damaged, with new accusations emerging regularly. I recently obtained a new phone with a new number about two years ago. Unfortunately, the previous owner of my current phone number, who uses the username mellowyellowcal on Snapchat, has not updated their contact information. As a result, my friends mistakenly keep adding him on Snapchat thinking it is me. Despite my polite requests, he refuses to update his settings and continues to inquire about our ages and request pictures, which is unsettling and inappropriate. I'm having trouble logging into my Snapchat account (sangbang7). Recently, my phone and wallet were stolen during a local football match, and since then, I've been unable to access my Snapchat due to two-factor authentication being linked to my stolen phone number. Hello, I am reaching out about my Snapchat account, devmetsfan. I am concerned because all my streaks seem to have been lost unexpectedly. Despite sending multiple snaps to everyone on my streaks list yesterday, some with a poor service connection, I fear they weren't received. Particularly, during my recent visit to my grandpa's funeral, I remember sending a poignant picture to all. Maintaining these streaks is a priority, where I ensure at least three snaps are sent daily. The streak with my girlfriend, marked from our dating anniversary, holds significant value, often exchanging 10-20 snaps daily. Regrettably, seeing it vanish is disheartening.
