I’ve messaged Snapchat multiple times, more then likely ** or more times and the problem still is not fixed. My account has been locked for multiple months. I go through the Snapchat website and I am able to unlock my account. So Snapchat website says my account is unlocked and I’m able to log in. An as well a Snapchat worker had said my account is unlocked as well. However everything I try to log in it says my account is temporarily locked. But then I wait and go to the website to “unlock” my account it says permanently locked. Not sure why it’s given me two different locked methods. And I logged into a friends Snapchat with my username and password it worked. So I’m not sure what’s going on. I have waited months tried everything possible and yes I have read and went through the Snapchat policy regarding why it may be locked. I would like a detailed reason why this is happening to me.
