If you account is disabled then you may not be able to get it back. Most accounts are disabled because of violating Zynga rules.

I got a new phone and when I re download Snapchat they asked me for my password and username but I forgot my password. So I Click on “forgot password “ and put in all my information. So they sent me a recovery code, but the recovery code was sent to my old phone and not my new phone. Also through my email it’s not sending me anything either. I would like to get a recovery code sent to my new phone or email and get my Snapchat back
