I bought a new phone today. I tried to login and it would not let me, I tried to reset my password with both my phone number and email but it said the email address was incorrect as well as the phone number. They were in fact both correct. I then thought maybe it's because I'm still logged in on the old phone, so I logged out. This did not help my problem and now I am locked out of my account. Please help
