To whom it may concern,**I am writing regarding one of my snapchat streaks that was unfortunately lost today. While all of my other snapchat streaks remain, this is the only one that has been lost - despite my friend and I sending snaps to each other both yesterday and today. No timer appeared indicating the streak was about to be lost and I was connected to Wifi*data the entire time. Furthermore, I only noticed the streak was gone following an update the app had and believe it was something to do with the app malfunctioning.***My snapchat username is captainpeeta and my friend's username is p*ram**.
