Snapchat doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-izzytho will need to dig through the advice provided by Snapchat, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. My email is *****@***.com and my name on it should be Izzy or Isabella Thomas. I’ve tried to get into my account after I logged in but I realized I forgot my password as a result I decided to change it. I change it to various passwords but whenever I login it tells me that my username, email, or password is incorrect even though it isn’t. My current password I change it to was isabellat****.
GetHuman-izzytho did not yet indicate what Snapchat should do to make this right.
