My Snapchat has a red line at the top of the screen that says disk full, I tried to delete some of my memories to clear up space but they will not delete. I also do not want to clear my memories cache because I am not sure what that would do - how do I back up my memories? This problem causes my Snapchat to exit out and I can’t get on to the app. I tried to delete videos and photos like it said to and I deleted about *** videos and *** videos and it didn’t help at all. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
