My friend harisk** and myself (ashleystegeman) had a streak of ***. We worked very hard to maintain this and made a point to snap each other everyday. I love Snapchat, and have lost streaks many of times on accident. However this time was not due to lack of reply it was due to an error with our Snapchat apps, causing our streak to end. Really hoping to get this resolved as I wouldn’t be trying this hard if I didn’t find it necessary. Neither of us really have the motivation to continue using Snapchat without this being resolved In fear our hard work will lead to this again. Thank you so much for your understanding in handling this issue!*I trust that Snapchat will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
