I know this has been asked before, but is there a way to recover my Snap Story from Sunday? We went to the beach for the first time with our kids. I am facing a verification issue. When I got a new phone number, I forgot to update it on my account. My girlfriend and I had a Snap streak that lasted nearly [redacted] days since we first met. Suddenly, the streak disappeared without any warning, not even the hourglass icon appeared. I reached out to Snapchat for help, but only received automated responses stating that users must reply every 24 hours to maintain a streak. My girlfriend traveled to Wales yesterday, where there's no signal for 7 days. To keep our Snapchat streaks and our red heart (we've been each other's top friends for 2 weeks), she shared her username and password. However, when I tried to log in, it asked for a verification code. I can't access it as it needs her phone or email, and she can't send it due to the lack of network.
I'm willing to show you our messages to confirm she shared the details and her location to prove the lack of signal. It's urgent as we could lose our streaks and heart soon.

While helping my friend with her Snapchat streaks, I let her use my account. When I logged back in, I couldn't remember my password, though I was sure I had it right. Despite several attempts with different passwords, I kept getting an error message. After trying to reset my password via phone number (which I was sure was correct), I didn't receive the verification email. I also asked friends for help, but no one knew. Hello! I have a suggestion for a future update. I understand this might not be the ideal platform for this, but after searching, this seemed like the best place to share my idea. My suggestion is to consider collaborating with Spotify or Apple Music or even both. For example, a feature where if music is playing on Snapchat, the Shazam tool could recognize the song and turn it into a geofilter or sticker with the album art, song title, and artist. This would allow friends to see what music you are enjoying. I believe this concept offers a simple and unique way for users globally to share music. I have reached out to Snapchat support multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received helpful assistance. The issue I am facing is the disappearance of the streak I have with my friend, despite sending picture snaps every day without fail. The generic responses from Snapchat on how to maintain a streak are unhelpful as I am looking for a specific solution to why this particular streak is not being counted. It appears that Snapchat may have mistakenly assumed my friend lost all streaks when, in reality, we only have a streak with each other. I am hoping for a meaningful response that addresses this issue and provides a solution, as I value this streak. I have been using your app for several years and enjoy the features it offers like instant communication, lenses, filters, and stickers. However, I have noticed that Snapchat significantly drains my battery. Even opening the app for a short time can cause a rapid decrease in battery percentage. Today, for example, after posting a picture to My Story, my iPhone battery went from 91% to 71%. Many users I have spoken to have experienced similar issues. I mainly use Snapchat when my phone is plugged in to avoid quick battery drainage. I would appreciate it if this battery drain issue could be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My daughter's Snapchat app vanished from her phone, so she had to reinstall it and got logged out. We have the original email for the account, but Yahoo won't allow us to reset the password. The phone number on the account isn't valid, and we don't recognize the digits given. There are precious photos of deceased loved ones we want to retrieve. Lately, I have been experiencing issues with my Snapchat. The app keeps crashing repeatedly after running slowly for a while. Despite reinstalling the app multiple times per day and restarting my phone numerous times, the problem persists. I have followed troubleshooting steps without success. Additionally, my microphone is only malfunctioning within Snapchat, producing distorted audio like a drill or high-pitched noise. Testing the microphone through the default camera app shows it works well. The microphone in Snapchat only functions when using headphones. I'm reaching out for assistance in helping us locate someone due to a Snapchat app glitch involving a snapcode addition.
It occurred at an Indian Engagement Party hosted at the Kent Conference & Event Center in Kent, Washington (Geo tag: Amrinder & Harman's Engagement July 29th).
To provide context, cultural restrictions at Indian events prohibit direct communication or number exchange between girls and guys. Despite this, an unknown guy at the party handed me a phone on the dance floor to share my snapcode, which unfortunately did not work.
A friend on Snapchat with the username (dimpal_bajwa) has a picture of the person, but we lack further identifying information. Any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Every video I record appears clear, but once posted to my story, it becomes extremely blurry and grainy. This happens consistently with videos, while pictures are affected less frequently. I have updated to the latest version, restarted my phone multiple times, deleted and reinstalled Snapchat (losing many memories that were not backed up for some reason), but the issue persists.
The phone's camera functions properly, indicating that the problem lies within Snapchat itself. This problem has been ongoing for months, and I am unsure if the issue persists when sending videos to individuals. Despite searching online, I have not found any solutions. The lack of a video quality setting in the app's settings limits my ability to troubleshoot.
