Help with my Snapchat issue

I deactivated my account, but soon decided to reactivate it. Problem is it won't let me log in to reactivate it. It keeps saying "Your account is currently being deactivated. If you have verified your email address with Snapchat, we will let you know when your account is successfully deactivate." I did not receive an email about my account being deactivated, and I know my email was connected because I have received emails from you guys before. It's been over ** hours, and I would at least like my memories from my old snapchat. Also, I don't know if this is important, but I created a new snapchat with the email my old one was under after waiting an entire day. Snapchat is how I communicate with my friends, and I enjoyed the app, but now I'm just getting aggravated with it. Please respond soon.
GetHuman-kfonteno did not yet indicate what Snapchat should do to make this right.
