Hello, on the **th. of October ****, I proceeded to sign up for your SLING * day free trial. Wish that I never would have *wasted my time doing this now.*After getting all set up, I then proceeded to go onto the SLING app to watch a football game on the ESPN channel.*I was not able to view the football game, no small printing or policy was noticed by the way letting me know that you guys don*t pick up certain local stations such as ABC * CBS.*I then called one of your CS reps. and she was very helpful, but in the same case pretty much let me know that their was nothing that she or SLING could do to resolve this issue.*After, finding this out, I then asked the CS REP when would be the last day that I could cancel SLING if I chose to do this.*She proceeded to tell me the **th.. of October ****.*I cancelled on the **th. and you guys proceeded to charge my credit card account $**.**!!*How I want this resolved is: you guys (SLING) reimburse my credit card this amount of $**.** ASAP.*I have diligently tried the past week to get this resolved with phone calls and online chats.
