Expedite the warranty process by sending photos of the sliced up cord, as requested by the agent, Josh B. ... I bought a pair of Strum earbuds at their headquarters in Park City, UT and have really liked them. But the casing around the earbud that the silicone piece connects to has detached (not the silicone piece itself, but the cover it attaches to). *I started my warranty submission a month ago and responses have always been slow. Customer service agent Josh B instructed me to cut the cord and send photos to expedite the process, which I did. Now he hasn’t responded to multiple emails in * weeks. This has been a ridiculously inefficient process all around. I like Skullcandy’s products but their customer service response, or lack thereof, is terrible.
Respond to my emails, replace the earbuds!
I’ve been a devoted customer for over ** years and have introduced many others to their products.
