Reference #W-[redacted]5: I purchased SESH ANC earbuds at Heathrow Airport for £49.99. Unfortunately, upon opening them in Canada, I discovered one earbud was not working. I returned them to the warranty department in Reading upon my return to the UK. I received an email stating the earbuds are no longer available, despite being listed on your UK website, and was offered a $50 voucher. Regrettably, this voucher isn't usable in the UK. I am experiencing an issue with my left Skull IQ Grind earbud. One morning, I attempted to use only the right earbud, but upon reinserting the left one later, I found that it was no longer transmitting audio. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps such as adjusting the volume, using commands, resetting, syncing, unpairing, repairing, and cleaning the earbuds and the case, the left earbud still does not work. I have researched potential solutions without success. Any advice on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking assistance with my Sesh ANC earbuds that were functional for around five days before only producing sound from the right earbud. I received a pair of Venue wireless over-ear headphones as a birthday gift a few years ago. Unfortunately, the earphone pads and the padding on the top of the headband are deteriorating, with the paint material peeling and shedding onto me. While I've found replacement parts for the ear pads, I'm struggling to find replacements for the headpad. The headphones work perfectly and sound great, but they look worn out due to this issue. I wish to replace these parts to restore their appearance. Can you assist me with this? Additionally, I'm curious if there are different colors available for the replacement parts.

Some wear and tear is inevitable, but I adore them and believe a simple padding replacement will make them look nearly new. Hello,
I own a pair of Skullcandy Dime earbuds, but the ear tips that came with them are too big for my ears. Unfortunately, I don't have any spare tips from the box.
I have extensively searched in both physical and online stores for smaller ear tips, but I couldn't find any that fit properly. The online tips I bought also didn't work because they didn't fit in the charging case.
I'm looking for small and medium-sized ear tips and would be willing to return the current large ones in exchange.

I received my Skullcandy Crusher Evo headphones a week ago. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where they do not connect when I try to pair them. I followed the reset process by holding down the volume up and down buttons simultaneously until I heard the audio cue, but the problem persists. The headphones are recognized in my Bluetooth settings as "Mekhi's Bass Cannons," the name I assigned to them when I initially set them up. Despite this, they are not connecting even after multiple attempts.
