Dera Sirs,*Almost * weeks my account is blocked, and the reason was, how did you write to me, that someone has attempted to login from different location. Since I moved in the new apartment, it's logical that I tried to login from another location. I appreciate your concern about my protection, and thank you very much for this. But immediately when you inform me that I have to send you a picture of one of my identification documents and any bill of utilities, I have sent you an image of my passport and mobile phone bill. I would underline that I sent those documents a twice, but there no any reaction or results. When I try to login, this message has permanently standing:* “Your document is now being processed. You will receive an email once your verification is complete.”*I would appreciate if you inform me what is going on and when I can use my money. I hope that this situation is just incident and it isn’t intentional. *Best regards *Branko Ciric*ID *********
